PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Experienced with single family and multi-family homes, large scale residential tract subdivisions (including public improvements), and commercial development
- Producing engineering estimates and critical path scheduling for public works associated with development projects
- Providing peer review of engineering documents and estimates prepared by others
- Producing engineering reports for community facilities and assessment districts
- Creating and executing project work plans, suggesting revisions as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
- Identification of resources needed and corresponding assignment of individual responsibilities
- Management of day-to-day operational aspects of a project and its scope
- Review deliverables prepared by others before passing to client
- Effective application of established methodology and enforcement of project standards
- Establish and maintain critical path work schedules and milestone coordination
- Minimize clients' exposure and risk on project
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
